REFUND POLICY:All our products are made-to-order. Therefore, all sales are final within 2 hours of the order being placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please note that this only applies during our operating hours of 7AM-11PM ET. Please refer to our sizing charts before purchasing. At S2 Clothing, we stand by our products and promise the utmost quality. Do not hesitate to reach out if there is a problem with your order, as we are more than happy to send a replacement free of charge!
As our products are custom made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. That being said, any defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at thew buyer's request; up to (30) days of the items being delivered.
All shipping timelines are given estimates from the carriers we use. Any package that is late due to unforeseen circumstances, or by the carrier's own doing, is out of our control. We assume no responsibility for late packages if the fault falls onto the shipping carrier.
We have processing times of 1-6 business days. Our items are custom made and take time to create. If you select expedited shipping, it will be applied once shipped, however our processing times will still apply. We are a Canadian company, however our products are manufactured in, and shipped from the USA.
